Payment Policy

At mrstore, we aim to make every payment simple, secure, and transparent. Please read the following payment terms before placing your order.

All available payment options and applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, a COD handling charge of ₹200 may apply. This charge is non-refundable, including in cases where the customer refuses or does not accept the delivery.

An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed or, in the case of COD, once the order has been successfully placed and accepted by our system. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

If a refund is approved, the refundable amount may be adjusted for applicable shipping, handling, or other charges already incurred. Refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method or refund mechanism, subject to payment provider processing timelines.

Payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. mrstore does not intentionally store your complete card or banking credentials. All applicable product prices, taxes, delivery charges, COD charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout.
