Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible item, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with these terms.

We offer a 10-day return policy. You must request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and other included items where applicable. Certain products may be excluded from return or replacement due to their nature.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs or videos. We may request additional information or evidence before approving a return or replacement.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the replacement request has been approved. If approved, the replacement product will normally be dispatched within 7–10 business days, subject to product availability and logistics conditions.

If your refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. After we initiate the refund, the time for the amount to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Applicable shipping, handling, COD, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted where permitted.

To request a return, contact customer support with your order number, reason for return, clear photographs or videos where applicable, and other information reasonably required to process your request. A return or refund is not automatically guaranteed; all requests are subject to eligibility, product condition, and verification.
