Delivery & Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders safely and within the estimated delivery time. Orders are processed after successful payment or, for COD orders, after the required COD advance payment has been received. Orders are delivered through third-party courier and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are 2–8 business days for prepaid orders and 6–11 business days for Cash on Delivery orders. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible products and locations. A ₹100 COD advance payment is required when placing a COD order. The remaining order amount is payable to the courier at delivery. We will not dispatch a COD order until the required advance payment has been received.

Any configured COD advance or handling charge is shown before order confirmation. Refund and cancellation eligibility is subject to the posted return and payment policies.

Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. For prepaid orders, cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed dates. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, mobile number, and other required delivery details. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.
